We proudly present a unique opportunity to invest in a few carefully selected recreational homes on our charming holiday park Hofparken De Bergvennen in Lattrop-Breklenkamp (Twente). The capital raised will be used to finance the purchase of six 2- and 4-bed wellness recreation homes (on our own land) intended for rental on this beautiful recreation park. The proceeds from the rental of these homes are used to pay the annual interest and partial repayment to our investors.
